Focused on co-construction, our approach is embodied by our CXB HUB brand:

CX, is the universal acronym for “customer experience” of which we are experts

B, initial of “builders”, shows our desire to build tailor-made projects for our customers as well as dedicated digital tools.

HUB, reflects the strength of our international community around the customer and employee experience and our desire to share our expertise with our customers. We now have more than 300 participants, all professionally involved in these subjects.

CXB HUB was created in 2017 in London, opened a subsidiary in 2018 in Paris.
CXB HUB means international roots and high-level expertise. It is a perfect knowledge of the customer culture and the organization of large companies. It is a passion that feeds on our meetings with companies. It is agility and flexibility that allow us to intervene in large groups as well as with small local players, in France and abroad, and in all sectors of activity. It is a thirst for sharing, transforming and developing that makes us the essential partner for companies that want to become leaders in the customer experience.

The founders of CXB HUB

Claire Bonniol

Claire Bonniol has been putting her expertise in customer experience and employee engagement at the service of companies for over twenty years. Graduated with an MA Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe (specialization in social policies), and an Executive MBA Celsa Sorbonne, she began her career in the field of innovation (European social fund), then spent ten years with the Accor Group, where she developed her passion for service professions and helped create the Service Academy, to provide companies outside the Accor Group with methodologies and training in customer relations and management. Enthusiastic and pragmatic, Claire co-founded CXB HUB in July 2017 with Alexis Grabar. She now lives between Paris and London, and passionately directs consulting and training activities in France and abroad.

Alexis Grabar

Alexis Grabar is Franco-American. Passionate about aeronautics, he worked for ten years at Airbus, as boss of Eurocopter in Russia. He then served as regional sales manager for commercial aircraft with 23 airlines. He studied at the Grenoble Ecole de Management, the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in the United States and at HEC Paris. A true serial entrepreneur, Alexis created and managed five startups, all of which had the mission of providing premium digital services, mainly in the transport, logistics and business travel sectors. Alexis leads the digital activities of CXB HUB, and the development of emerging markets. Alexis lives in London.

The team

Faithful to the constant search for a better employee experience, CXB HUB has developed a business model where all consultants are also shareholders.

Isabelle Rongier – Customer culture

Isabelle Rongier is an expert in Learning Design who works on customer culture and employee engagement. Holder of a master’s degree in sociology from Science Po Paris, and a DEA in education, she runs programs for various audiences, from members of the executive committee to employees. She was responsible for management programs within the Accor group, before becoming associate director of the Académie du Service. Based in Paris, she joined CXB HUB when the company’s Paris branch was established in 2018.

Aresh Alamir – Studies and innovation

Aresh Alamir is a former client of CXB HUB, now responsible for the development of CXB HUB in Russia. He did a double course in marketing and communication at Sciences Po and in Russian language at INALCO. For nearly twenty years, he held various responsibilities at Auchan Russia, notably holding the position of Marketing and Innovation Director. Specialist in market analysis, marketing, e-commerce and UX, he is based in Vienna.

Myriam Crolard – Improving customer journeys

Myriam Crolard has 25 years of experience in the international B2B and B2B2C sectors. A graduate of a BBA from ESSEC, her areas of expertise are customer experience, strategy and relationship marketing, business development. During her career, she worked for several large groups, including Saint-Gobain, where she was responsible for marketing communication, responsible for international projects and studies, and responsible for customer experience. Based in Paris, she joined CXB HUB in 2020, where she is notably responsible for developing the industrial sector.

Flavio Cimbalo – Surveys and Voice of the Customer

Flavio Cimbalo was responsible for customer strategy and studies for more than fifteen years at a large B2B distributor. He graduated in computer science (University of Pisa) and digital marketing (Columbia Business School). Qualtrics certified and a sharp and demanding professional, he has solid expertise in setting up and improving systems for listening to the voice of the customer and feedback to customers, or “close the loop”. Based in Zurich, of Italian nationality, he is now a senior consultant at CXB HUB.

Alexander Matytsine – Digital Solutions

Alexander Matytsine is the geek of the CXB HUB team. A true jack-of-all-trades, this enthusiast is on the lookout for the latest innovations and supports consultants in their projects. Trained in commerce and management, he takes care of the administration of all CXB HUB digital solutions. Alexander lives in Glasgow.
